Hong Kong - Dec 9 (4)
Candy emailed back and showed me where we CAN see The Nativity Story in English (with Chinese subtitles). We can buy tickets online in advance, that's nice. The normal price for evening showings at the theater Candy suggested (in Causeway Bay) is HK$60 -- so US$8. It looks like we could get tickets for half that on a Sunday morning -- and if we didn't have a church to attend, we might consider it -- but since we do have a church to get to go to, it's not an option. The website is only showing movie times through Monday right now. We might could go Monday evening at the end of our planned day out. Monday morning Miranda and I are going to the grocery store; Monday afternoon David for sure and probably all of us are going to Kowloon for David's fitting at the tailor. Then we could come back to Causeway Bay for the movie. I am giving the first exam on Tuesday night, so Monday will be a good "out and about" day for me. That's exciting! "Cars" just went off and David and Jayden aren't back yet. It's getting close to 6pm and beginning to get dark. I bet they'll be back soon. I guess I'll start working on supper. I've been munching, but having some "real food" will be good. And I bet they'll come in hungry -- they took snacks with them so they may have been munching, too. I just heard the elevator bell -- I wonder if it's them? More later. Aleecia
