Hong Kong 10

I still haven't heard back from the church, but from the map they have posted online I was able to figure out which MTRs we need to take. It's going to take us making two changes and going on three different trains, but the MTR system is very easy to use, so that's not too bad. The hard part of the trip is the taxi part, since David has to take apart the wheelchair for us to ride in the taxi and then put it back together again when we arrive at our destination. That's a hassle. But the taxi drivers so far have been very accomodating. And they don't charge us extra for the extra time, just the travel time for the trip. The taxi ride tonight from Causeway Bay to Shue Yan was $28HK ($3.75US). If either David or I were to go to Causeway Bay by ourself, without the kids (or really just without the wheelchair), we can catch the minibus right here at the Park n Shop and it drops you off at Causeway Bay. But the minibusses aren't equipped for wheelchairs, bummer! We are truly having a good time here. Not that we want to live in a big city, but we do enjoy visiting them.
